Mike Smiarowski's CDs are jazz guitar-driven tour de forces, showcasing his command of playing mixed with intricate, melodic songwriting, whether it be bossa nova, island vibe, pop instrumentals, or slow romantic ballads. His backing band shines alongside their musical leader. All three of his CDs were composed and arranged entirely by Mike.

Mike specializes in his own unique brand of fusion. He blends elements from many different styles - straight jazz, progressive rock, classical themes, pop, world music influences, and new age ambiance. Mike's open mind and 'no musical barriers' attitude draws emotional intensity from each of these styles, merging them into his own individual 'guitar voice.'
