Big Noise's Al Gomes Executive Produced and A&R'd Morgan Bracy's critically acclaimed CD 'Dirty Laundry,' which included the choosing of the songs for the CD including overseeing the choice of specific mixes and song sequencing. Al also oversaw the project management, art direction, and the release of the CD.

Al's A&R Direction for 'Dirty Laundry' led to a publishing deal for Morgan with Scott Lynch & Co. in Nashville, TN. Their clients also include legendary songwriter Buzz Cason, whose songs have been covered by The Beatles and U2.

Also because of Al's efforts, The Recording Academy placed the CD on the Official Ballot for the 50th Annual Grammy Awards for Record of the Year ('4:21'), Album of the Year ('Dirty Laundry'), Song of the Year ('4:21' and 'In Between'), Best New Artist, Best Female Pop Vocal Performance ('Whispered Prayer' and 'Swept Away'), and Best Pop Vocal Album ('Dirty Laundry').
