Since I'm in a band working hard trying to make it, I was wondering how many of her songs she has written herself, and where she might have come up with the inspiration for those songs? She is inspired by a lot of different things - mostly her own life experiences, observations and such. I will be more than happy to pass along to her your kind words of support and encouragement. Producing Own Songs / 'Come on Over Baby'

Did Christina actually rewrite 'Come On Over Baby?' I heard a rumor about Christina Aguilera that she was planning to write her own her songs for future albums. If this is true, I think it would be very good for her career. Please tell me this is true because she already has an amazing voice - it would be even better if she was a songwriter.

The Rumor Mill responds:
Yes. Christina together with Shelly Peiken, Ron Fair and the new co-producers all contributed to the new version of 'Come on Over.' For the 'record,' Christina also co-wrote her song, 'We're A Miracle' on the 'Pokemon - Their First Movie' soundtrack. She also wrote the hook on 'Genie' (for which she was never credited).
